The Free Gentle Sleep Support Programme

This programme has been created for families who may be finding this season especially heavy.

It’s for solo parents or caregivers.
For families adjusting to job loss or experiencing financial hardship.
For those on maternity leave.
For anyone struggling and needing support, but unsure how to access it financially.

My intention behind this offering is simple:
Gentle, responsive sleep support should be accessible to the families who need it, without adding extra cost, stress, or pressure.

When you nominate someone, or add yourself to the list, you will automatically be placed on the waitlist. As spaces become available, I will work through the list in order of registration.

Families who receive support through this programme will receive the same personalised care, guidance, and ongoing support that I offer within my paid services — completely free of charge.

Together, we’ll focus on calm, realistic changes that feel aligned with your values and supportive of your little one’s temperament and needs. No rigid rules. No “cry it out.” Just responsive support tailored to your family.

How it works:

1. Join the waitlist - You can either nominate someone you care about or add yourself to the waitlist. There is no selection process — everyone who applies is automatically added in order of registration.

2. Spaces open gradually - I offer a limited number of free support spaces at a time to ensure each family receives the same level of care and attention as my paid clients. As space becomes available, I contact families in order from the waitlist.

3. Initial connection - When your place becomes available, I’ll reach out via email. From there, we’ll organise a discovery call to chat through your current sleep challenges, your goals, what feels important to you and figure out what sleep support package would be the best fit for you and your family.
